Holotropic Breathwork and Sound Journey

Holotropic Breathwork can help people access altered states of consciousness that are similar to those experienced during psychedelic experiences, and provoke deep emotional release. The term "holotropic" means "moving towards wholeness" and the goal of this technique is to access the unconscious mind to promote healing and personal growth. These states can provide new insights and perspectives on one's life.

It isn’t uncommon for people to release pent-up emotions that may be stored in the body. Knowing how to hold oneself within a non-ordinary state serves as a wonderful tool for deeper journey work with the assistance of plant medicines.

This session will also feature guided SomatIQ Breathwork techniques to direct the journeyer into the body before exploring visionary realms.

In this session we will deep dive into a multiple hour long breath work exploration, land with a guided SomatIQ Breathwork technique, and end with an extended sound bath and integration circle.

There are contraindications for this practice.

A Meditative Concert Series

Sorry, this show is sold out! Check back for next month’s!

We are super excited to bridge prayer with music in this brand new meditative concert series!

Grace has been a singer since birth. Raised in a household full of jazz, broadway, and opera, she grew to fall in love with the study of classical technique, especially related to operatic and choral works. She attended St. Olaf College from 2014-2019, where she had the deep honor of being accepted into the St. Olaf Choir and touring both nationally and internationally (Japan, South Korea, and Norway), performing with 70-80 other folks. After graduating, she began dabbling in other forms of creation with her voice. In 2021, she started to write songs she called “little ditties” and bought a keyboard and guitar. Over time, those “little ditties” grew to be more important; songwriting for the sole sake of expressing her heart became one of the most pivotal aspects of her life. Through tapping into both the inner child and sage crone within, much of the words and melodies in her pieces are purely channeled intelligence.

She is so grateful to be able to share some of her prayers, words, and soul’s songs in the acorn. This is the second of the monthly series and we are honored to have the opportunity to be a platform for her to share her music. All of these shows will be available for replay on our YouTube channel (this is still being developed) so if you can’t make this one, not to worry. Spots are limited so grab a ticket now if you are feeling as excited as we are!

To The Me That I Once Was…

This ceremony is full. Please check back for the next one!

Cleanse, reflect, release, and celebrate in ceremony of radical self-acceptance and reverent release.

Join us for a 3 hour medicine ceremony where we will explore rituals of release and radical acceptance of all of the selves that we once were through plant medicine, journalling, self-reflection, song, and sound. Please bring a journal to this gathering, and a bottle of water.

We will be serving the plant medicines known as hapé, and cacao. Hapé is a sacred snuff, crafted by the indigenous tribes of the Amazon using wild or farmed tobacco and varying Amazonian plants, leaves, trees, and seeds from native lands. ‘Hapé is applied through the nostrils using an applicator (Kuripe or Tepi) in prayer, meditation, and ceremony. It is used for deep connection to the plants,  animal kingdoms and all of Mother Nature. This healing snuff has the ability to cleanse the mind, purify the thoughts, bring clarity, spiritual alignment, and clear negativity and heaviness from the body, mind, & soul. This plant medicine takes days to make and is a very labor intensive process made in a ceremonial way with chants, song, and prayer.’ -FourVisions

Spots are limited. Please register beforehand. Upon registration you will receive the address and further information to prepare yourself for ceremony via e-mail.

E-mails will be sent out the day before ceremony.

Clean Water Fundraiser for Saint Justin’s!

Can’t attend but still want to be a part of the movement?

Together in community, we can make a huge difference.

In the fall of 2019, our dearest Mike lived out of a day pack and traveled overland through East Africa. 14 land borders, and limitless changes in perspective. During his time traveling, a dear friend Angelica, whom was volunteering in a small town in Northwestern Tanzania, reached out. He boarded a bus to stop by for a hello and ended up staying a couple of weeks, and volunteering his time at a center called Saint Justin’s. A center for disabled and discarded children.

Flash forward a few years and many hands in developing the land, and Saint Justin’s has expanded; housing 80 children in need of access to clean water.

A couple of weeks ago, Angelica reached out to us for help. The children have been getting ill from the rising pollutants in the lake. So together, we have come up with a goal:

Provide Saint Justin’s access to the funds to install plumbing with a filtration system from the lake, to the center.

We have done the research, received the quotes, and have reached out to our beautiful community for help. On August 12th we will gather in prayer, celebration for the privilege it is to have easy access to clean water, witness our community in creative expression, and so much more. All for free.

Our intention is to gather, to raise awareness, and to raise funds to make this dream come true for Saint Justin’s.

There will be so many opportunities to be a part of this incredible project and we are super excited and honored to have the opportunity to make such a profound impact on these children. Join us. <3

A Journey to Inner Harmony

In this session we will explore the archetypes of Shiva and Shakti as represented in yogic tradition. Exploring Archetypes is a powerful way to come into a deeper understanding of ourselves and our patterns of behavior. By recognizing the archetypes that are active in our lives, we can gain insight into our strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. This can also provide a framework for personal development by bringing to awareness qualities we want to cultivate, giving us the opportunity to consciously cultivate those qualities in ourselves. In this session, we will begin by using a subtle plant medicine (Pu Erh tea) to meditate. We will share a bit about the archetypes of Shakti and Shiva, open the group up for conversation on how these archetypes are active in our lives, and share a song within Bhakti tradition.

Join us at Creator’s Space on May 10th from 6:30-8:00pm in the Earth Room to explore tea ceremony, explore our own relationship with Shiva and Shakti, and learn a song in Bhakti tradition with Sanskrit language.

This event is donation based.

Update: We have been LOVING the salt cave and decided to move this event to the cave. The Salt Cave is located right next to the Earth Room.

Please secure your spot so we can prepare enough tea!

Restorative Yoga with Live Sound

Gentle, supportive, and therapeutic are just a few words that describe restorative yoga. At its core, restorative yoga is a practice of passive healing.

This yoga style is known for its ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This is the “rest and digest” part of your nervous system that restores basic bodily functions. When paired with live sound meditation therapy, which also activate the theta brainwaves, you will find yourself in a state of deep relaxation. This is our intention for this workshop.

Surrender into the stillness.

Join us at Creator’s Space on May 7th from 7:00-8:30pm in the Earth Room, to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Reclaim Your Peace

We all hide. We all have secrets, and we hide .. for many reasons.
Hiding creates complexity in our lives. In order to keep one thing hidden, we have to hide something else, or lack complete honesty. When we stop hiding, we allow in peace. We often do not realize how much energy it takes to stay hidden, even when we are doing it unconsciously. When we are honest, we experience shared reality. When we lie, we live in a different world than those around us.

This Friday’s Scorpio Eclipse is an opportunity to bring what is in the shadows into the light. Scorpio is mysterious and hidden. It occupies the depths of our subjective experience and prefers never to see the light of day.

How do we strike the balance between total transparency and secrecy? We explore edges.

This is an experiment in honesty. We’ll each get an opportunity to have our depths explored by a group of loving, curious hearts.

We will be supported by cacao, an extended sound journey, and an integration circle at the end. We will play with our edges as we are given permission to share the truth of our experience and share what it is like to do so. We will turn over the rocks in our own psyche and discover what we keep hidden from ourselves.

There is no expectation here. If you’re not ready to share something, don't. Simply an invitation to allow yourself to be lived in the hardest of places.

Join us. Spots are super limited to this one to keep the energy in the room manageable.

Are you ready to liberate yourself?

Exploring Tantra and Sound

Tantra is an ancient Indian practice that dates back more than 5,000 years. In Sanskrit, the word tantra means woven together.

Tantric practices serve as a way to “weave” the physical with the spiritual. To explore the taboo and find pleasure in unexpected places.

Join us for an evening of tantric exercises from the lineage of Dr. Shakti Mari Malan, accompanied by live sound.

This event is for womxn / womb holders only, with love.

Kava and Guided Sound Journey

Join us for a super special collaboration with the Psychedelic Society of Minnesota as we explore subtle shifts in our consciousness using kava.

An important part of psychedelic preparation includes the ability to simply acknowledge what is, in the present moment, and to have the capacity to hold all that presents itself. In this workshop, we will use plant medicine and sound to tap into our bodies present experience, observing shifts in our state of being through traditional kava tea meditation, and sound; facilitating a journey into self. Join us, for a gathering of exploration.

The Practice of Meditation

The practice of meditation is vital for a healthy relationship with the mind, and can be done at any time, anywhere.

In this group meditation practice, we will explore the mind and practice the art of allowing. Meditation is simply that. The practice of allowing through intentional, focused awareness.

We like to relate the practice of meditation to the act of watching the clouds float by. There is an allowance. There is a lack of attachment, because we know that the cloud is going to disappear; we know that there will be new clouds, in new shapes and new sizes, so there is no need to attach to one single cloud.

In this practice, we will begin by using a subtle plant medicine to meditate IN to the body, not out. Then together, we will explore what is present in the mind while being bathed in sound.

Join us at Creator’s Space on April 5th from 6:30-8:00pm in the Earth Room, to practice the art of meditation.

This event is donation based.

Reclaim Your Clarity

Clarity simplifies. Clarity prioritizes. Clarity brings ease, trust, and guidance.

As we begin the Astrological New Year, now is the time for heart-centered intentions so that our flow of energy can expand freely.

In this workshop, we will explore the experiences of our lives to clearly articulate a core value, explore it through Authentic Relating, and create an intention statement that brings this core value alive and articulates clear steps to do so. We will finish with a focused vision board exercise to associate an image with your intention.

Modern ambitions lead us in many directions. The realm of infinite possibilities is both inspiring and confusing. The path of the essentialist is daring, because it says, “No”, to almost everything, in favor of what is truly essential, what will bring us closest to our true calling, consistently.

This process has two layers:

First, we have to understand what we really care about and be able to define it in our terms. We can search for this in moments of Outrageous Love and Outrageous Pain. Second, we have to prioritize specific actions and frame our decision-making through these actions. The question of, “Should I say, ‘yes’, to this opportunity?” is made much simpler when we can frame it through our core values and top priorities.

Join us, as together we journey towards the reclamation of absolute present clarity.

Delics Official Launch Party!

We gather to learn, grow, to be seen, to see ourselves reflected in others, to support, and to be inspired by what our community is capable of through the process of reclaiming our power. Together, we amplify, reflect, and destroy the systems that are no longer working in our favor.

As the official launch of the Delics project, this party pulls together multiple communities to gather and co-create in the name of nourishment, growth, and expansion with the intention of amplifying the power that exists in each and every one of us.

You won’t want to miss a second of this one.

Event Details

This is the 2nd in the Reclamation Series, a collaboration between Delics and Andy Hansen that is a once in a lifetime journey that you won’t want to miss. We are excited and honored to be holding space for the evolution of this community. With love.

Exploring Non-Ordinary States of Being

Join us for a super special collaboration with the Psychedelic Society of Minnesota as we explore subtle shifts in our consciousness using ancient Chinese pu erh teas with sound bowls and other instruments indigenous to the lands we currently inhabit.

An important part of psychedelic preparation includes the ability to simply acknowledge what is, in the present moment, and to have the capacity to hold all that presents itself. In this workshop, we will use a profound plant medicine to tap into our bodies present experience through guided tea meditation, and drop into sound, facilitating a journey into self. Join us, for a gathering of ceremony and remembrance.

Reclaiming Your Self Worth:

A workshop in exploration, discovery, and reclamation of worthiness.

Worthiness : the quality of being good enough; suitability. And may they add, something each and every human being on this planet has struggled with.

In this workshop we will explore our limiting beliefs around worthiness, reflect on how those beliefs have impacted our lives and shaped us, practice the art of simply receiving, expand ourselves through breath, and land in reclamation of our worthiness through sound and mantra.

Join us.

Conversations on worthiness, power, and reclamation.

As we approach our Saturday event, we thought it only fitting to have an extremely vulnerable and authentic conversation on the topics we are passionate about guiding others through this month.

We can feel it in our bones: this one is going to be so juicy!

We don’t have much planned other than dig into each other with curiosity; live, unfiltered, and unapologetic. We truly believe this allows source to move through us as we touch on topics of self worth, our relationship with power, and reclamation of these two very triggering topics.

Join us as we speak about our own personal relationship with worthiness, power, and the reclamation process. We’re so excited to get vulnerable with you all.

Nurturing Connection Through Stillness:

A workshop in presence.

As we approach the Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year, the rhythms of the natural world are amplified, calling us to slow with the falling snow. In this workshop, we will explore this call to stillness to discover what nourishes us, what leaves us feeling connected, and what leaves us feeling safe in the stillness that is reflected in natures rhythms. We will do this by exploring silence through presence in a traditional Gong Fu Cha tea ceremony, dive into authentic relating conversational games focused on creating deep and meaningful connections through conversation so that we can communicate clearly and confidently our needs, and connect to the body and breath through somatic practices and sound.

Join us, for an evening journey into connection with the self, the body, and community, as we explore what it is that nourishes us in a space of stillness.
